I am a bilingual, born in Germany, which means I am deeply rooted in the German language while English is my second home. As a result, I am fluent and accent-free in both languages.

 

I live and work in Berlin, and am connected to a large pool of highly qualified interpreters through the relevant professional associations (VKD and AIIC) of which I am a member.

My background as a performing musician (more on that here ) offers me invaluable advantages: As a trained violinist, I was able to travel the world playing concerts before I completed my Master's degree in interpreting. This allowed me to gain cultural experience and hone my nerves – both essential prerequisites for the interpreting profession.
